Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Operations professional to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer. As a key member of the infrastructure operations group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the reliability and performance of our cloud-based systems.

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain automated operational tasks using AWS Lambda functions in Python3 with Boto3.
  • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with ELK, TrendMicro, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Identify and address performance and security anomalies through proactive monitoring and alerting.
  • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to blameless postmortems.
  • Prioritize system hardening and security compliance initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services including EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, Redis, etc.
  • Proficient in writing Terraform infrastructure scripts.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python with Boto3.
  • Deep understanding of monitoring/logging tools like ELK, CloudWatch, TrendMicro.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with CodeBuild and CodePipeline.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure security and incident response best practices.
