Production Planning Lead
  • 7-9 years of experience in planning and execution

Our team is looking for a seasoned production planning expert to lead our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Runs the manufacturing production scheduling (short-term plan) and ensures key parameters of supply and stock management are updated regularly.
  • Plans, schedules, and prioritizes resources to execute customer projects in production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to production plans.
  • Built-up reports and advanced analytics models allow business understanding and performance analysis.
  • Designs, develops, and analyzes dashboards for supply chain planning, performing consistency checks, alert monitoring, and analytics analysis.
  • Ensures product availability by taking proactive actions to solve backorders and shortages, managing customer needs and replenishment backlogs.
  • Drives master production planning in manufacturing sites, organizing downstream flows and improving manufacturing SC performance.
  • Anticipates manufacturing supply risks in advance and quickly reacts with cross-functional teams.
  • Leads SIOP for the manufacturing site, collaborating with project management and functional departments on weekly priorities and schedules.
  • Develops and trains planning teams to deliver organizational results, ensuring plant Master Data activity is up-to-date and sanity-checked quarterly.
  • Is a key user for departmental information systems.

  • Adherence to production plan & Capacity Load Optimization
  • Work-in-Progress inventory levels
