AI Engineering Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our fully remote team, working on cutting-edge Large Language Models and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, building, and optimizing innovative AI systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral for online APIs and local/offline deployments.
  • Develop autonomous task execution and intelligent decision-making capabilities for Agentic AI systems.
  • Apply data science and machine learning techniques for tasks including predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into larger platforms or workflows.

About the Position:

This role involves extensive research and experimentation with emerging AI and ML technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Key Expertise: Strong experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, etc.).
  • Agentic AI Development: Proven experience developing Agentic AI systems and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom implementations).
  • Data Science and ML: Deep knowledge of data science and ML, including supervised/unsupervised learning, time series forecasting, model evaluation, etc.
  • Programming Languages and Libraries: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with model fine-tuning, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is highly beneficial.
