Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence to design and build intelligent systems that understand complex engineering workflows. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable and robust AI solutions that redefine the way industrial automation and engineering challenges are solved.

You will be responsible for creating innovative ML models, building production-grade AI pipelines, and owning the deployment lifecycle of these systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration with data engineers and product teams to guarantee data integrity, performance, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering with shipped products, proficiency in Python (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and strong software engineering practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design, build, and optimize ML models for intelligent requirement understanding and automation.
  • Develop scalable, production-grade AI pipelines and APIs.
  • Own the deployment lifecycle, including model serving, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Work on large-scale data processing and real-time pipelines.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices such as containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of ML systems in production.
