Full Stack AI Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team. As an engineer on this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI models that are efficient, production-ready, and scalable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS, and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, they should be comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
