Job Description

At Codeless ONE, we're seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our AI-first no-code platform. As a key member of our product-driven team, you will be responsible for defining business and functional requirements that drive our product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities include gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful iteration management. The successful analyst will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, oversee implementation and iteration of product requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
