As a Contract Logistics Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our team by bringing your leadership expertise and skills to deliver Operational Excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key objectives of this position include:

  • Managing and directing warehouse activities at the site to achieve all agreed financial and operational objectives.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as cost management, productivity, customer service, and profit.
  • Ensuring teams meet their customer, site, and people KPIs.
  • Driving customer onboarding, retention, and operational excellence through collaboration at the site level.
  • Boosting productivity through engagement activities and new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Contribution of information required for tenders/proposals to support closing new business.
  • Overseeing safe operation of warehousing activities, ensuring correct skills and training are in place and compliant with health/safety/environment legislation and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, including managing customers, logistics suppliers, and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT proficiency.
