Job Opportunity: Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement function, driving cost-efficiency and quality while ensuring uninterrupted production in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies for key spend categories, monitoring market trends, identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within the chemical or process manufacturing industry, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency in ERP systems.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, improve quality, and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Identify, assess, and develop domestic and international suppliers through effective negotiations and contract management.
  • Drive digitalization and automation of procurement processes using ERP systems.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and company compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within the chemical or process manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
