Job Description

As a Store Operations professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a retail store.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing store inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to optimize store layout and product displays.

  • Implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure store asset security.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
