Delivery Project Coordinator

The role of Delivery Project Coordinator involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects within their scope, schedule, and budget.

  • This position will be responsible for assisting project teams in completing projects efficiently, managing project schedules, coordinating tasks, providing reporting, collecting client settings for configurations, validating configuration settings, and monitoring progress on gap items.
  • You will also help establish project milestones, track customer-reported issues, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and key customer communication archives.
  • As the primary point of contact for clients, you will respond to inquiries, work closely with Product Development and Engineering to resolve complex issues reported by customers, and provide regular input to the management team on process improvements and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry, with increasing demonstrated responsibility and success.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word, as well as experience using work management platforms like Wrike or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to think critically, provide innovative solutions to challenges, leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency, and take ownership of projects to drive them to completion.
