We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager.

This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination, Agile practices, and client communication who are eager to grow their career in project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate and document meetings, discussions, and progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
