IT Application Support Professional

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced IT environments.

  • 4+ years of experience in IT application support
  • Strong business understanding of operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing/validation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with facilities work order management
  • Key management
  • Risk/feedback reporting
  • Security incident reporting
  • Class tracking
  • Membership management

Proficiency in multiple applications is highly desirable, including but not limited to: Compete OR Keystone/SimpleK OR MD Staff OR Omnigo OR RL6/Converge OR TMS (Accruent) OR Trane/TracerEnsemble.
