Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

• We generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with US GAAP standards.
• We monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• We reconcile discrepancies, resolve billing issues, communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
• We maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions.
• We utilize analytical skills, including gathering and organizing information.
• We are proficient in invoicing and accounting software.
• We possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• We review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• We prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules.
• We reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
• We have attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• We possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• We assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• We prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as required.
• We collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• We stay updated on US GAAP regulations and ensure compliance in all accounting activities.
