Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced life and wellness coaches to provide coaching services to adults in their region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured life and wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
  • Support clients in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their desired outcomes related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated support team for assistance when needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, adhering to values of diversity and inclusion for all individuals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certification from a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other accredited bodies following similar professional and ethical standards.
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Ability to adapt across various life, professional, and health-related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Proficiency in technology and telehealth.
  • Commitment to quality care and continuous improvement.
