
Subscription Renewal Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities.
About the Position:
- Migrate customers to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your customer base.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and collaborate with finance to collect payment.
- Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Embrace the use of AI in repetitive tasks and be open to learning how to automate tasks using AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute subscription renewal lifecycle activities, including notification, quote creation, and opportunity closure.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SaaS-based applications.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Self-Starter/High Energy/Positive Attitude/Customer Focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in using robotic automation/AI tools is highly preferred.
