Job Title: ORM Professional

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) professional to monitor, manage, and protect our brand's online presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor brand mentions across online platforms (social media, blogs, forums, review sites, etc.).
    • Respond to customer reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, PR, Marketing) to resolve customer issues raised online.
    • Maintain a positive brand tone while addressing negative comments or reviews.
    • Prepare regular ORM reports showing sentiment analysis, key issues, and performance metrics.
    • Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies.
    • Identify areas for improvement based on feedback trends and suggest enhancements to content, communication, and customer service.
    • Escalate critical issues or potential PR risks to relevant teams.
    • Manage listings and reviews on platforms such as Google, Justdial, Quora, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and content moderation best practices is a plus.
