Detailed Job Description
This role involves leading a team of Quality Evaluators and Team Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations aligned with business processes. Key responsibilities include time and resource management, client/stakeholder management, quality activities, performance benchmarking, trend analysis, performance reporting, quality systems improvement, compliance management, and reports/metrics. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
A minimum of [X] years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, and the travel industry; strong understanding of the travel domain and GDS knowledge; expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PPT; knowledge of quality control tools such as Pareto, Six Sigma, FMEA, SIPOC; strong supervisory skills with a focus on results and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; highly organized and methodical with a strong ability to manage tasks and deadlines; and ability to identify and implement process improvements in a structured and effective manner.
