Healthcare Analytics Specialist Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Healthcare Analytics Specialist. This role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. A background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting is essential.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
