Job Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced technical training specialist with expertise in packaging engineering to deliver comprehensive training programs.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of packaging design principles, material science, and regulatory compliance standards. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules on packaging design and validation tailored to industry needs.
  • Train professionals on ISO 11607 standards, regulatory expectations, and best practices in packaging compliance.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on packaging stability testing, lifecycle documentation, and transportation/distribution testing.
  • Conduct sessions on CAD-based packaging design and optimization of packaging configurations.
  • Educate on labeling compliance, serialization, and traceability requirements across global markets.
  • Guide on integration of packaging with quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in packaging design and material science.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Hands-on experience in packaging validation, stability testing, and transport/distribution testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for packaging design and development.
  • Understanding of serialization, labeling regulations, and traceability systems.
  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines.
