Job Description

As a proactive Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving outbound outreach and lead qualification. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, crafting powerful outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build targeted lists via industry research and other sources
  • Research ideal accounts and decision-makers
  • Run outbound campaigns via various channels
  • Qualify prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks
Responsibilities

Lead Discovery & Qualification:

  1. Develop and implement effective list-building strategies
  2. Conduct thorough research on ideal accounts and decision-makers
  3. Design and execute successful outbound campaigns
  4. Evaluate and qualify prospects based on established criteria

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions
  • Handover qualified leads to the sales team with full context

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and maintain pre-sales collateral
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights
  • Capture and analyze learnings to improve messaging and targeting
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an execution-heavy environment with daily targets
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in outreach
