Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Deputy Manager-Finance and Accounts, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality financial consulting services, lead client engagements, and drive financial transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Provide financial and strategic advisory services, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments.
  • Assist clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and manage financial consulting projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification.
  • 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
