Job Description

As a trusted Odoo partner, we provide comprehensive implementation services to help businesses streamline operations and improve productivity.

We deliver seamless and efficient ERP solutions across various industries. Our expertise spans Odoo modules including ERP, HRMS, ATS, CRM, Finance, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and E-commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business and operational processes, including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and communicate effectively with clients.

• Develop solution designs and lead clients throughout the implementation and support phases.

• Evaluate customers' business requirements and transform them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.

• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

• Prepare detailed scope of work (SOW) resulting from personalization sessions with our customers.

• Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.

• Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation.

• Good knowledge of Business processes, Sales & Accounts.

• Previous experience in Odoo Implementation.

• Quick and autonomous learner.

• Excellent planning and presentation skills.
