Job Title: Contract Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong legal background and extensive experience in contract management.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to draft, review, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements with due diligence.
  • Conduct obligation reviews and ensure timely execution and compliance of all contractual commitments.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation and negotiation to execution and archival.
  • Interpret clauses, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for approvals and execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all contracts and related records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, clauses, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Addional certifications in contract management.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
