Site Reliability Manager, Core Enterprise Systems

Job Overview:

  • Manage a team of 6-10 site reliability engineers who support the lifecycle of enterprise services from inception to deployment and refinement.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and planning to advance service maturity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of site reliability engineers in supporting enterprise services and driving process improvements.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems through automation, focusing on improving velocity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in software development with one or more programming languages.
  • 5 years of experience with algorithms, data structures, software design, or Unix/Linux systems.
  • 3 years of experience in people management and leading projects related to systems or networking.
  • Preferred experience in enterprise applications, SAP, and cloud workload management.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.
