Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Sapiens International Corporation is a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for owning the Sapiens solution being delivered to the customer from both functional and technical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead architectural coordination with the customer and manage conflicts.
  2. Bring together various Sapiens work streams across products (IDIT, SRM, BI, Digital).
  3. Product Analysis & Configuration.
  4. Gap Analysis & Customization
  5. Data Migration.
  6. Interface Development.
  7. Technical Architecture.
  8. Verify that the design of Sapiens solution is fully integrated with the overall customer environment, including third-party and external/legacy systems.
  9. Lead architecture discussions with integration and functional teams.
  10. Responsible for overall solution architecture, integration guidelines, and solution boundaries.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Insurance Core Systems implementation in an Architect role.
  • Strong background in functional and technical aspects of the solution.
  • Good knowledge of Insurance business and typical design problems encountered in Core system implementations for Insurance companies.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Representative and Collaborative.
  • Willing to travel extensively around 50% of the time.

This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its core systems. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
