Ab Initio Specialist

As an Ab Initio specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's data management strategy. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Ab Initio and related technologies to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Ab Initio Batch ETL components. You will work closely with our Enterprise Meta Environment and PDL teams to implement Continuous Flows and Components, develop ACE/BRE and ICFF solutions, and handle generic graphs and parallelism.

You will also be responsible for managing XML and Vector Data Handling, working with Unix, Oracle, and Scheduling Tools, and performing performance tuning and generic process development. In addition, you will need to understand Dimensional Modeling and DWH Architecture in the Banking Domain.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with Teradata and has the ability to estimate ETL effort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ETL technical designing, guiding teams, and providing technical solutions to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, converting them into technical specifications, execution planning, effort estimation, task assignment, and performance tuning. You will also need to develop complex modules, ensure coding standards, and deliver high-quality work.
