We are seeking a skilled JIRA Administrator to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools, focusing on customization, workflow automation, and integration with strategic planning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer JIRA instances to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Manage and optimize the broader Atlassian tools environment, including JIRA.
  • Integrate AHA Roadmaps with JIRA to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management.
  • Work effectively across Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
  • Utilize familiarity with common JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio.
  • Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies to support development and project management teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools.
  • Strong expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA.
  • Solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management.
  • Experience in Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA plugins.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
