Web User Experience Designer PositionWe are seeking a talented Web User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX design experience, as well as proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys to define clear design solutions.Additionally, the designer will develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively, deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
