">Loading Supervisor Job
">We are seeking a highly skilled Loading Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
">About the Role:
">- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Prepare transit documents, including LR and waybill, to facilitate smooth transportation.
- Conduct vehicle checks before loading and unloading to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Verify documents before loading and unloading to prevent errors or discrepancies.
- Lash cargo securely after loading to prevent damage during transit.
- Track vehicles in real-time to monitor their status and location.
- Update TMS entries to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication.
- Ensure adherence to customer and company HSE requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Visit loading and unloading sites as required, both locally and outstation, to conduct inspections and provide support.
Requirements:
">- 4-5 years of relevant experience in loading, unloading, and transportation.
- Basis computer knowledge and skills.
- Basis knowledge of English written and reading.
- Proficiency in using bike and smartphone.
