Job Description

As an Institutional Strengthening Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capacity of large Government/Public/Private organizations globally. Your expertise will focus on institutional development and strengthening, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as Nodal Expert for activities related to dam safety institutional strengthening of Central and DRIP IAs
  • Preparing and finalizing annual training calendars for capacity-building programs
  • Coordinating and implementing domestic and international training programs, including logistics and stakeholder coordination
  • Organizing public outreach programs and annual dam safety conferences/workshops

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in institutional development/strengthening
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Proven track record of providing similar services, including review of training needs, planning of customized training programs, organization of training programs, and national/international Conferences/Workshops/Seminars

Education
