Lead Primary Years Programme

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to oversee the implementation of our Primary Years Programme. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an engaging, student-centered learning environment and will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to promote academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and review curriculum in alignment with IB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure effective delivery of the PYP and foster a culture of inquiry and reflection.
  • Provide guidance and support for educators in the development of transdisciplinary units and inquiry-based learning experiences.
  • Organize professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Engage with parents and the school community to promote understanding of the PYP.
  • Maintain records as per IB requirements.
  • Stay updated with IB developments and changes to ensure adherence to IB standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including educators, parents, and the IB organization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or related field.
  • IB PYP coordinator training or certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and strong understanding of IB framework, particularly PYP.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities and commitment to professional growth.
