Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team.

  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full lifecycle of cutting-edge AI solutions, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.
  • This role involves driving key technical decisions and playing a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

You will be empowered to drive technical growth and play a vital part in shaping our AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated AI workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more AI frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
