**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of various processes and optimizing day-to-day activities without impacting Service Level Standards (SLS) and Quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations tasks such as processing check 21 adjustments, activations, bank changes, exceptions, audits, and build on process knowledge continuously.
  • Scale up to handle at least two tasks apart from primary task responsibilities.
  • Resolve problems of low complexity and report daily, weekly, and monthly to management as needed.
  • Assist Process Associate team members, assist in onboarding and training activities, and report customer issues to Supervisor for entry into tracking system.
  • Communicate and document abnormal issues to the Supervisor and perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with at least 2-3 years of experience in BPO or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field.
  • Prior insurance experience with demonstrated responsibility for exercising judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Verbal and written communication skills, good operational behavior, time management skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems to management.
