We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, training and deploying models using large datasets and building scalable applications.

Role Overview

This is a key position within our organization. As part of our team you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision and recommendation systems
  • Preprocess, clean and analyze structured/unstructured data to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models
  • Optimize model performance and accuracy using advanced algorithms and hyperparameter tuning
  • Deploy and integrate AI models into production-ready applications

The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field and 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. They will also have strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas) and knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
  • Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning or Generative AI projects
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and cloud platforms
