Job Role :

As a Data Scientist/AI Expert, you will lead the development of intelligent systems that enhance fraud detection, transaction scoring, and customer insights. You will work on training ML models using real-time and historical payment data while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build ML models for fraud detection, anomaly detection, and transaction scoring.

- Analyze large volumes of transactional, behavioral, and device data.

- Create data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.

- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI models into production microservices.

- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for business and compliance teams.

- Work with PCI-DSS-compliant data processing and masking techniques.

- Stay current on AI/ML advancements applicable to fintech and real-time decision systems.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years in data science or machine learning engineering.

- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience with real-time inference, anomaly detection, and unsupervised learning.

- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, ClickHouse) is a plus.

- Strong SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or analytical databases.

- Prior experience in risk engines, credit scoring, or payments is highly preferred.
