We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in creating visually stunning and thoughtfully designed homes that reflect individual lifestyles, personalities, and aspirations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients, leading the conceptualization and design of interior projects.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Ensure all design elements meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
