About the Role

  • ">
  • Drive B2B sales across corporates, insurance brokers, TPAs, and insurance companies to onboard partners for medical weight loss programs.">
  • Own and deliver sales KPIs including pipeline generation, conversions, and revenue targets.">
  • Identify and explore alternate lead-generation channels such as gyms, salons, wellness centers, and wellness ecosystems.">
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for client meetings.">
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders.">
  • Coordinate with internal teams (medical, product, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.">
  • Track and report performance metrics regularly.">
  • Act as the day-to-day execution partner while leveraging consultant guidance for channel growth.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise account management.">
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR/employee benefits sales preferred.">
  • Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers.">
  • Experience in cracking new B2B accounts is essential.">
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.">
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.">
  • Self-starter with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.">
  • Ability to work closely with external consultant guidance while driving execution independently.">
