Senior Software Engineer - Circuit Simulation

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge circuit simulation software. As a key member of the R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient algorithms, developing innovative software engineering processes, and collaborating with other experts to enhance core circuit simulator accuracy, performance, capacity, and feature set.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented design, software engineering processes, and experience with numerical methods and sparse matrix techniques. You should also have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in memory optimization, high-performance data structures, and algorithms.

In addition to technical expertise, you will work closely with other developers, architects, and product engineers to identify bottlenecks in performance and implement solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the simulator.

As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience in software development for engineering applications.
  • Strong background in object-oriented design and software engineering processes (C++/Linux).
  • Proficiency in memory optimization, high-performance data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
