**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead our end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for core banking implementation projects.

  • **Define and Manage Testing Strategy**: Develop, plan, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
  • **Lead Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams across different test phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • **Partner with Stakeholders**: Work closely with business, development, and project stakeholders to ensure adequate test coverage and requirements understanding.
  • **Review and Approve Test Plans**: Assess and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements and system design.
  • **Ensure Effective Defect Management**: Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • **Provide Test Progress Reporting**: Offer regular test progress reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • **Adhere to SDLC and QA Best Practices**: Ensure compliance with SDLC, QA processes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present regular test progress reports.
