We are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful completion of our projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, team performance management, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of project planning and scheduling, monitoring & cost control are crucial.">
  • The selected candidate will coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of programs.">
  • Prepare risk assessments for projects identifying high-risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures.">
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress and conduct timely reviews to identify and mitigate possible risks.">
  • Prepare resource requirements/deployment schedules/cash flow etc.">
  • Monitor schedule and cost performance of projects.">
  • Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in projects.">
  • Coodinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to projects.">
  • Reporting to management about project progress and cost at regular intervals.">
  • Reporting bottlenecks/critical areas and material hold up of projects to management.">
  • Preparing critical activity report with remedial measures.">

Skillset Required:

  • Cross-functional: Basic knowledge of construction and project progress tracking.">
  • Planning & Organizing skills; detail-oriented communication skills, MSP, Primavera etc.">
  • Behavioral: Coordination skills.">
