Agricultural Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices.
  • Build and optimize high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Utilize modern frameworks such as Pydantic, FastAPI, and more for production-ready code.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLMs and GenAI-driven insights.
  • Evaluate security, reliability, and performance across backend services.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Expertise in Python and modern frameworks:
    • FastAPI / Django / Flask
    • Pydantic for data validation & schema management
    • SQLAlchemy / Alembic for database ORM and migrations
  • Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integrations or agentic frameworks.
