Technical Content Specialist Position

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Content Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research on technical topics, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the content. This includes understanding product specifications, exploring technical documents, and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Research and develop clear, concise, and informative content tailored to the intended audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization best practices to enhance online visibility and reach.
  • Evaluate and improve content quality through feedback from stakeholders, including technical staff, marketing teams, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Script development for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
