About the Role

This position is responsible for leading a team of software developers in creating scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded software development, specifically with AUTOSAR BSW, and a strong understanding of software architecture and design.

The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements and architecture, as well as collaborating with external suppliers and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of software developers in creating scalable and efficient solutions

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers. They will also have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools, including UML, SysML, and IBM Rhapsody.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in software product life cycle and embedded software development
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering scalable architectural/design solutions
  • Experience with UML, SysML, IBM Rhapsody for embedded software development
  • Experience in BSW development using commercial or in-house stack
