Workforce Analytics Specialist

This role is pivotal in supporting workforce planning and forecasting for Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and compensation costs. Ensuring a systematic and transparent link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing crucial insights and analytics support to the HR function through people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.
  • Utilizing technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people data, enhancing our understanding of human capital.
  • Communicating findings effectively to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Experience in an analytics environment, preferably within HR, where statistical models can be developed, owned, and optimized.
  • Ability to proficiently communicate complex ideas, utilizing clear language to explain sophisticated concepts to various stakeholders.
