Key Enterprise Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the strategic development and implementation of our enterprise architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in IT service management.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with business objectives and supports scalable growth.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce governance standards, design principles, and coding practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and evaluate new features and functionalities to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and IT executives to translate business objectives into IT solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and other IT service management tools is required.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at scale, including designing platform architecture, data models, integrations, and customizations.
  • ITSM/Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks, with experience aligning ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles, with familiarity with web technologies and integration methods relevant to ServiceNow.
