About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom enterprise-grade D365 F&O solutions tailored to business needs, leveraging deep technical expertise in architecting scalable systems.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, accounting, and human resources modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust system designs that meet business objectives.
  • Lead integration strategy using Open Data Protocol (OData), Representational State of Resource (REST) APIs, Data Entities, and middleware platforms for seamless data exchange.
  • Design custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models to enhance ERP capabilities.
  • Oversee smooth data migration and legacy system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Data Lake for scalable cloud solutions.
  • Extend ERP functionality using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Maintain adherence to Microsoft development standards and security best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Accounting & Payroll Integration:

  • Implement and optimize modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation to enhance financial management.
  • Enable workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting to ensure accurate decision-making.
  • Integrate payroll services, time & attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape for unified workforce management.
  • Support automation in HR operations through advanced use of Power Platform and Dynamics modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with X++, Data Entities, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), version control, and automated deployment.
  • Awareness of integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware for seamless data exchange.
  • Experience with Power Platform and extending ERP functionality via Power Apps.
  • Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, capable of driving architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations.
