Job Title: Quality Management System Manager

HyFun Foods is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Manager to lead our quality systems and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategy and ensuring execution of operational objectives that align with HyFun Foods' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of a compliance program and quality systems delivering operational excellence in all HyFun Foods processes.
  • Own the execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement of QMS across HyFun Foods locations, including document management, training, audit, and issue management.
  • Plan and manage quality audit programs in close collaboration with different functional leads.
  • Partner with the IT team to develop quality digital IT tools for tracking of CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) and traceability.
  • Document management of all HyFun Foods SOPs and Wis in one place.
  • Train the team on QMS and document management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant business experience, including at least 2+ years of leadership roles.
  • Experience leading teams with formal and informal authority.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO certification and auditing experience.
  • Strong leadership, partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good team player, drive change management and project management capabilities.
  • Communication and presentation skills based on current and future trends.
  • Open to change and digital mindset.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Customer-centric.
