Competencies:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree with 8+ years relevant business experience including at least 2+ years Leadership roles.
  • Experience leading teams with formal and informal authority.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of ISO certification and auditing experience.
  • Mobility – national & international

  • Strong leadership, partnering & stakeholder management skills.
  • Good team player, drive change management and project management capabilities

Job Description:

  • Manage, develop, and lead the Quality Systems and Programs focus on building strategy and ensuring execution of operational objectives that align with HyFarm objectives.
  • Drive the execution of a compliance program and quality systems delivering operational excellence in all HyFarm processes.
  • Drive license to operate, ensuring compliance with internal and external companies.


Job Objective:

  • Maintain Quality Management System including Quality Key Requirements
  • Own the execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement of QMS across HyFarm locations including document management, training, audit and issue management.
  • Uphold high quality standards across quality systems that enable our freedom to operate & reduce risk
  • Plan & manage quality audit program in close collaboration with different functional leads in FyFarm.
  • Partner with IT team to development quality digital IT tools for tracking of CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) tracking and traceability.
  • Documentation management of all HyFarm SOPs & Wis in one place
  • Training team on QMS & document management
