Job Opportunity

To propel innovative campaigns for clients, this role necessitates an expert understanding of leveraging social platforms as a broadcast media or narrowcast in designing captivating experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise. A constant test and learn approach is essential.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the client servicing team to continually enhance the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.

  • Analyze Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to develop unique, differentiated insights.
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as an ideal springboard for the creative team.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with a sharp point of view and riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Define the right advertising pressure to achieve goals considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms or partners to consider as part of a brand, social/digital strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly while collaborating with an integrated team.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
