We are seeking an experienced Senior Dam Design Engineer to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the design and delivery of dam projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-16 years of experience in dam design and will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and development of dam projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and detailed design reports.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-16 years of experience in dam design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and international codes and standards.
  • Experience with design software such as STAAD Pro, ABAQUS, and MIDAS.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
